Printing process & quality

All our stickers are produced using an eco-solvent large-format printer in the CMYK SS21 color space. This allows us to achieve a resolution of 1440 dpi, ensuring even the smallest fonts are displayed with crystal-clear sharpness.

Material & Properties

For optimal results, we rely on high-quality solid polymer films from Oracal or Ritrama with a thickness of 70 – 75. These are particularly thin and soft, allowing even the smallest edges and grooves in model making to be perfectly covered. The film adheres permanently and does not detach due to temperature, humidity, or time.

We deliberately use unlaminated films for our decal sheets and liveries. The surface nevertheless remains UV and weather resistant, as well as scratch resistant to a certain degree.

Processing & Application

For easy processing, all our sticker sheets are machine-cut with a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm.

Our tip: For large elements, we recommend cutting them out individually from the sheet, fixing them with masking tape before sticking them on, and then gradually removing the backing film to firmly stick the sticker.
