The SKY-2 Catapult Launcher is a fixed-wing UAV launch device specifically designed for pusher-type flying wing models, compatible with mainstream models such as X5 and X8. Made of aerospace aluminum, it combines lightweight construction with high strength, weighing only 9.8KG.

The SKY-2 offers a wide launch weight range of 2.5KG to 6KG, delivering a fast and smooth launch process. The product has undergone rigorous testing from design to mass production, ensuring excellent performance and reliable quality.

In terms of safety, the SKY-2 is equipped with a safety lanyard mechanism to effectively prevent accidental operation, fundamentally safeguarding personnel and the aircraft. The front rail head features a two-stage buffer system (spring and rubber), which reduces impact forces during launch, extends the service life of the launcher, and enhances takeoff stability.

The product adopts a split modular design, disassembling into three parts: front rail, rear rail, and support legs. Assembly is simplejust connect the two rails, erect the legs, and unfold the support arms. By replacing different support arms, it can adapt to a wide variety of fixed-wing UAV models, offering exceptional versatility.

• Launch Weight Limit: The launcher supports a launch weight of 2.5KG-6KG. Empty firing is strictly prohibited, as it will shorten the launcher’s service life.
• Operational Safety: Do not insert fingers into hollow areas or sharp inner surfaces to avoid cuts.
• Hook Installation: The launch hook should be installed on the aircraft’s centerline, slightly forward of the center of gravity.
• Site Selection: The launcher should be used in an open area, maintaining a safe distance from obstacles ahead.
• Angle Adjustment: The tilt angle should be adjusted according to the aircraft type (default is approximately 18).
• Wind Direction: Launching against the wind helps the aircraft climb smoothly and quickly.
• Armed State: When the launcher is armed, unauthorized personnel must not approach the launcher or stand in front of it.
